Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the Festival, we will do our best to assist and accommodate.

Online sales will be available up to 48 hours before the start of the Festival.  After that point all sales and management of sales will be handled directly through the Whitewater Office.

Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the start of the event with a $25 cancellation fee. After that point you will receive 50% of your registration back – because your spot has been saved, or other people have not been able to register due to your space, changes in your plans affect us and our event administration and we appreciate your understanding as we attempt to produce a successful weekend.
